Rules for the treatment of "Global Store" Gift Certificates

1. Global Store Gift certificates are sold in Global Store stores, the holder of the certificate acquires the right to choose goods from the assortment offered by the Global Store store for an amount equal to the value of the card.

2. Gift certificate is considered as a means of payment, and its value corresponds to a similar equivalent expressed in lei.

3. If the value of the chosen goods exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, it is possible to top up in cash or online payment.

4. If the value of the chosen goods is lower than the nominal value of the certificate, the difference does not include the return of the remainder on it.

5. It is possible to pay by means of several gift certificates, so their values add up.

6. Payment for the goods by means of the Gift Certificate is made only once, after which this certificate remains with the seller as a proof of payment for the goods (product).

7. In case of loss of a gift certificate, a duplicate is not issued, the face value of the gift certificate is not compensated.

8. The validity period of the Gift Certificate is 6 months after its purchase. At the end of the period of action the gift certificate is not valid and cannot be exchanged for a product after the end of its period of action.

9. The gift certificate has a special level of protection, and if the seller has doubts about the authenticity of the card, he has the right to withdraw this certificate, without providing the goods in exchange for the card.

10. When purchasing the gift certificate, the discount with the discount card cannot be applied. The discount with the discount card or other promotional discounts can be applied from the moment the gift certificate is exchanged for the product.

11. When purchasing the gift certificate, the discount with the UDS application cannot be applied. The discount with the UDS application or other promotional discounts can be applied from the moment the gift certificate is exchanged for the goods.

12. Gift Certificates are not returned.

To benefit from all the benefits of the loyalty card, the card must be physically presented at the cash register. Any other form of presentation of the card (electronic, photo, xerox) is not accepted.

Return of goods purchased with a voucher

Goods purchased using a voucher may be returned under the following conditions:

1. Returns are accepted only for all items listed on the original receipt; partial returns are not allowed.

2. The customer will receive a new voucher with the same value, issued under the same name, and with the same usage conditions.

3. In the case of mixed payment (voucher + bank card or cash), the return will be processed as follows:
 • the amount paid with the voucher will be refunded as a new voucher;
 • the difference paid by card or cash will be refunded via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
