regarding the distribution and use of Global Store Gift Certificates
within the event Marathon 2025
– Organizer
The company Global Store, official partner of the Marathon 2025 event, will distribute gift certificates.
– Participants
1. All registered and validated participants of Marathon 2025.
2. All visitors present at the Marathon 2025 event.
– Description of the gift certificate
1. Each beneficiary receives a gift certificate worth 100 MDL.
2. The gift certificates will be distributed on 13–14 September 2025.
3. Validity period: 13 September 2025 – 31 December 2025.
4. The gift certificate is valid only once and becomes invalid after use.
– Terms of use
1. The gift certificate can be used for the purchase of any product in the Global Store network.
2. The receipt value must be at least equal to the value of the gift certificate (100 MDL).
3. The gift certificate cannot be returned, is non-refundable in cash, and cannot be exchanged for other benefits.
4. If the value of the products exceeds 100 MDL, the difference will be paid by the customer.
– Final provisions
1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the terms of use of the gift certificate.
2. By using the gift certificate, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted this Regulation.
