Art. 1 The organizer of the promotional campaign
1.1. The "Sunday Discounts" promotional campaign is organized by Global Store SRL, a legal entity, with headquarters in Trușeni commune, 28/2 Calea Ieșilor str. c.f. 1017600027095

1.2. The official regulation is drawn up and will be made public according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, and will be available on the globalstoremd.com website throughout the Promotional Campaign period.

1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change at any time any of the conditions established in these Regulations during the Promotional Campaign, but not before notifying the public about these changes.
Art. 2 Name. Duration. Venue
2.1. The promotional campaign is called "Sunday Discounts"

2.2. The promotional campaign runs from 01.07.2022 to 31.08.2022

2.3. The store: Chisinau municipality, Sculeanca Sector, 28/2 Calea Iesilor Street
Art. 3 The right and conditions of the promotion.
3.1. The Sunday Discounts promotional campaign offers a 10% discount with the following conditions:

3.2. Pay for your purchases on Sunday and get a 10% discount.

3.3. The offer is only valid in the store in Sculeanca Sector, Calea Iesilor 28/2, for the period: 07/01/2022 – 08/31/2022
Art. 4 Products participating in the Promotional Campaign
4.1. The 10% discount is valid on all products, except those with a fixed price (yellow label) on sale or other offers (red label). The UDS app will not be used during the promotional offer.
Art. 5 Final provisions
5.1. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt the Promotional Campaign at any time during its development, without being liable in this case, with prior information to the consumers through appropriate means of communication.

5.2. The organizer and the customers agree to comply with and respect the provisions of these Regulations.
