Exchange and return

According to the Agency for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance (APCSP), in the case of products without defects, we have the right to exchange the product for a similar one or of a better quality, with payment of the price difference, if we cannot use it according to its intended purpose. At the same time, if the product cannot be exchanged, the consumer has the right to request a refund.

If the product is defective, the consumer can ask for its free repair. At the same time, in the case of the purchase of a defective product, the customer has the right to ask for its replacement with a similar one, but of good quality, or the return of the money paid for that good.

The consumer has the right to request the replacement of the product of appropriate quality within 14 calendar days, excluding the date of procurement.

If you bought a product online with home delivery, you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days*.

Note: the return is made physically by the customer at Calea Ieșilor 28/2!

If, at the time of addressing the consumer, the trade unit does not have an identical product to the one returned, the consumer has the right to request the refund of the amount paid for the product. In such cases, the buyer presents the receipt or another document that confirms the act of procuring the product, together with the sold product, and the seller receives the respective product and returns the amount paid.

Note: Replacement of the product of appropriate quality is carried out if this product has not been used (retained its external appearance, seals and labels), consumer properties.
